When using our site or by making an order through The Signature Logo™ websites you agree to the following terms and conditions - LAST UPDATED 07/06/2021

🔴 1) When I purchase a Signature logo or Brand logo, how will I receive my files?

🟢 Firstly you will receive an example design sheet of at least 20 logos (signature logo 20 designs, brand logo 3 designs) designed with the information you provide on the order form for you to choose from.

🟢 On choosing your design we will go on to create the various files including a black high resolution and low resolution file and a white high resolution and low resolution file + the other products in your package.

🟢 These files will then be sent to you by secure transfer with a link to download them.

*All logo jobs must be completed within 90 days unless otherwise agreed between the customer and The Signature Logo Team. After 90 days if no customer communication is received we will close the job. Any order that needs to be re-opened after 90 days will be subject to an $18 admin fee.

🔴 2) I have noticed some nice signature logos with graphic design elements added such as a butterfly or car etc. How do I add this to my order?

🔴 2.1) Whats the next stage after I receive my Signature designs?

🟢 We will send you an example sheet by email with at least 20 signature examples - each one will have a number

🟢 Once you decide which design fits with your vision we will go ahead and build the entire set of files with that design

🟢 We will provide you a link to the Style Selection form - This where you approve the style and make any changes or provide instructions for us

🔴 2.2) How long does it take to get my finished logo?

🟢 Due to demand we will send the 20 logo designs for signature logos within 48 working hours (if you purchase during a sale event then this could go to 72 hours depending on the volume of orders).

🟢 Once you get back to us with your decision we will create the full set of files within 24-48 hours.

So 4 days maximum but we usually have it done in 3 days as we like to please.

What we do like to say is “Your branding is forever and its more important to get it right than it is to get it quickly” - Please be patient as the wait will be worth it

🟢 *The Order Form that gives us the details we need to complete your designs must be submitted within 7 days from the time of purchase

🟢 *The Style Selection Form or Revision form must be submitted within 14 days of your example designs being received

🟢 *All orders need to be completed within 90 days

🔴 3) What is the final cost? Are there any other hidden charges?

🟢 The cost of a Signature Logo pack starts at just $39.95 - There are no hidden costs however you will have the options of buying some nice add-on products when you come to select your design but these are entirely optional

🔴 4) Is this site secure for purchases?

🟢 Yes, Absolutely! We work with Stripe and Paypal which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted

🔴 5) Do you save credit card details?

🟢 No. Absolutely not. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. The information goes directly from your computer to our payment service provider

🔴 5.1) What if I don’t like the Signature designs or Brand logo designs or Monogram Logo designs or Portrait Logo designs or Email Signature & Refund Policy?

🟢 This is very rare and we will work with you to create something you really like. Due to copyright and some customers who have tried to copy our designs or even taken screen shots of our designs to use digitally we do not give refunds on a signature logo, email signature, brand logo or Portrait logo order. However, in the rare event we cannot create something you like at the design stage then we will happily issue you a credit of the full amount minus the $18 copyright cancellation fee - the remaining amount can be used in our Digital Shop or Video Shop - so for example, you could use the credit to purchase our 30 x video intro pack using any logo branding or maybe use the credit for a Professional email signature or a Branded tough i-phone case etc. Either way we make sure you do not lose out.

*A credit will not be granted after the files have been approved and created and the credit must be issued within 30 days of the transaction

  • A credit cannot be used to purchase a V-Card

*Once the example designs of a Brand Logo or Signature Logo or Monogram Logo or Portrait Logo or Email Signature have been sent out then the job is in progress.

*Any refund requests for orders where no information has been submitted and the order has not started need to be requested within 30 days via a contact form on the website

🔴 5.2) Payment Case Terms for The Signature Logo

🟢 In the event that You or another person on Your behalf opens/commences any PayPal dispute, credit card processor dispute or other similar dispute in relation to the payment of the fee You paid to Us, You agree to close or withdraw such dispute within 24 hours of us, PayPal or any other relevant provider (“Payment Provider”) providing you with evidence that we have sent you the product which include concept designs or communicated any requests or outstanding information.

In the event You do not close or withdraw such dispute, You hereby authorise and direct the Payment Provider to close/withdraw the dispute on the provision of these terms and conditions by us to the Payment provider along with a copy of the delivery of the Product by Us to You.

You hereby indemnify us for any loss or damage suffered by us as a result of your failure to comply with your obligations under this clause. This means that if you open a payment case against us and we provide evidence that we have:

(5.2a) Sent your products including concept designs

(5.2b) You have entered an incorrect email address

(5.2c) We sent you communication advising of an issue

(5.2d) We sent your designs via email

(5.2e) You fail to follow instructions and fail to submit the order form we request for both logo order and your add-on order..

(5.2f) You failed to complete your order or respond within 60 days

(5.2g) You fail to acknowledge the terms laid out on this page and decide that the logo is no longer suitable after approving and downloading the files

(5.2h) You receive and download the files from a requested logo revision order taht has been fully completed in accordance with the instructions sent in.

…and you fail to close the case then The Signature Logowill instruct a personal claim to recover costs through a recovery agency.

You as the customer are responsible for completing the order within 60 days, returning the order form providing us with the relevant information we require to complete your designs or add-on orders, failure to return an order form or failure to provide a correct email address or failure to respond or contact us within 60 days of your order does not entitle the customer to initiate a payment case.

After you make an order with us or an add-on order it is the customers responsibility to submit the appropriate order form If an order form to commence the start of the order is required.

If at any stage of this process you are missing products or not seeing email correspondence please contact us through the order form here CONTACT US as this method is guaranteed for us to see customer communication.

🔴 5.3) Logo Copyright and Trademark applications

🟢 All logo designs created at The Signature Logo™ are created with full transfer of copyright. 

The copyright is transferred to the owner without prejudice and to the best of our knowledge no other design with the identical names / design exists.

The customer has no claim over The Signature Logo™ for other designs that bare a resemblance or similarity.

The Signature Logo™ has no authority on any Trademark applications and is not liable for the outcome of such applications.

The Signature Logo™ is not accountable or liable for any expenses incurred from marketing, printing or online materials using the designed logo or its failure to achieve any registered trademark.

The Signature Logo™ reserves the right to use all created logo designs in any marketing or social media campaigns in all companies associated with The Signature Logo™, My Portrait Logo and SHYDOG CREATIVE Ltd

With every completed signature or brand logo design we include the following..

“This email confirms that the logo created for___________ at The Signature Logo™ has been created with full transfer of copyright. 

The copyright is transferred to______________ without prejudice and to the best of our knowledge no other design with the identical names / layout / design exist.

The customer has no claim over The Signature Logo™ for other designs that bare a resemblance or similarity.

The Signature Logo™ has no authority on any Trademark applications and is not liable for the outcome of such applications.

The Signature Logo™ is not accountable or liable for any legal claim or law suit as a result of commercially using the logo design in any activities or promotion or expenses incurred from marketing, printing or online materials using the designed logo or its failure to achieve any registered trademark”

In logo designs and graphic icon add-ons we may use approved sourced commercial stock images / designs that integrate into your final name / design / layout

🔴 5.4) Refund Policy for any order which has not been initiated?

🟢 If you have placed an order for a Signature Logo, Brand Logo, Video Pack or any other product purchased from The Signature Logo™ or SHYDOG CREATIVE and the order has not yet started then a refund can only be given within 30 days of date of order. After 30 days we will still complete the order or issue a credit however a refund cannot be granted. If 180 days have lapsed then the order cannot be completed and will automatically be closed and marked as completed.

🔴 5.5) Social Media Reviews?

🟢 We value all feedback, both positive and negative. In the event that a negative review is posted while your job is open and in progress then we will pause the job until the issue is resolved, we reserve the right to respond to the review and attempt to resolve any issues or concerns expressed by the reviewer before we continue with an open job. We ask that reviewers give us a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns before posting a negative review. In addition, we reserve the right to take legal action in the event that a review is false, defamatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations.

🔴 6) Logo Upgrades / Add-On Orders

✅ Any logo add-on orders that are requested / purchased require an information order form. This order form must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

The add-ons purchased need to be approved and completed within 28 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed by The Signature Logo™
