When we send you your logo files we send out with instructions to download the files and strongly urge that you save the files in your own system and a back up in cloud storage or external storage. This is important in the event of a system failure etc.

Unfortunately due to the volume of files we create we do not keep original versions of your signature logo in our internal system if past 60 days of completion.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

✅ We can retrieve your files from our off-site storage but there is a 24 hour turnaround and a $18 fee.

WHAT FILES WILL I GET BACK?

✅ You will be sent all the logo files associated with your order package except for any video intros. Unfortunately video intros cannot be retrieved and if you require them they will need to be re-ordered as an option below.

HOW WILL THE FILES BE SENT TO ME?

✅ We will send the full set of files in the same way as we did previously. We will send via WE TRANSFER and you will have 30 days to download the files.
